方唇，折沿，扁方形腹部微鼓，束胫，高圈足外撇，肩部堆塑象首衔环耳，仿青铜器造型，胎质致密厚重。外壁用青花描绘五老观画图案，绘画精细传神，神采奕奕，活灵活现，犹如水墨画一般。青花勾点涂染浓淡有致，釉色莹润。此尊古制为盛酒礼器，《周礼·春官·司尊彝》：“司尊彝，掌六尊六彝之位。”重器又象征不老鸟的鸠首耳，可谓含祥蓄瑞的大吉之器，珍美异常。
