A Rare Chinese Zhejiang Celadon Duck Censer Modelled floating on a lively wave base, wings tucked and head turned toward the body, covered in a rich celadon glaze that thins at the raised edges to accentuate the incised detail of the feathers, the mouth of the duck slightly open and an aperture behind the wing allowing for the fragrant incense smoke to escape.
