A Chinese Yellow- Ground Plate Of circular form, decorated to the interior in bright enamels with four gilt medallions enclosing the characters wanshou wujiang (long life without ending), surrounding a central stylised shou medallion encircled by waves, all reserved on a lemon yellow ground with flower scrolls, ribbons and swastikas, a band of ruyi-heads to the rim, painted to the exterior with three floral sprays, the base with the six character mark of Guangxu. Period: Guangxu (1875‑1908). Diameter: 34 cm.
