此件扳指以和阗白玉籽料雕琢，玉质细腻温润。器作筒形，一侧扁平留有洒金皮，色泽艳丽。一端微起弧圆，一端内斜坡面。器表浮雕琢一条螭龙穿梭于云间，造型十分精巧灵动。扳指原为古人拉弓实用护具，明清时演变为豪奢饰品，王公贵族争相佩戴。整器用料讲究，造型美观大方，纹饰精工细琢，为把玩收藏精品。
