A WHITE JADE PLAQUE WITH GARDEN SCENE China, Republic period (1912-1949) or later. Of rounded rectangular form, pierced toward the top to allow for suspension as a pendant, the top section on both sides with confronting coiled dragons, above a terrace garden scene with two seated boys below a roundel enclosing a woman to one side and an inscription with signature to the other. The translucent stone of an even white tone.

Condition: Good condition with minor wear and few small nicks.
