A BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH
Japan, Meiji period (1868-1912)
The dish is decorated in underglaze blue with bamboo stalks and delineated over the glaze with red and golden enamels. The rim is slightly lobed and enriched in gold and the backside shows stylized floral sprays.
DIAMETER 19 cm
Condition: Very good condition with traces of wear and use, rubbed gilding.
