Of baluster shape, rising from a spreading foot to a trumped neck, painted in underglaze blue to depict two phoenixes amid peonies and tendrils. The neck decorated with a leaf border and tendrils. The recessed base with an apocryphal four-character Ming Dynasty mark.Provenance: German private collection.Condition: A 2.3 cm sized chip to the neck, held together by sticky tape, some manufacturing irregularities such as pitting, dark spots and glaze recesses.Weight: 971.1 gDimensions: Height 27.5 cm
