The ovoid body rising from a short, splayed foot to a tall slender neck with a garlic-head mouth, covered overall in a speckled olive green glaze, the interior of the rim glazed ochre. The recessed base with an apocryphal six-character da Qing Qianlong nianzhi seal mark highlighted by a russet-brown glaze.Condition: Excellent condition with only minor wear and minimal firing flaws.Provenance: A notable private collector in Kensington, London, United Kingdom, acquired at auction from a private estate in Boston.
