Of circular form, painted in famille rose enamels, decorated with two confronting dragons chasing a flaming pearl amongst cloud and flame scrolls, the rounded cover similarly decorated with two scaly four-clawed dragons confronting a central flaming pearl, the rims with gilt edges, the glazed base with the six-character mark of Guangxu in underglaze blue.
