阿弥陀佛是西方净土世界的教主，因接引功德圆满的往生者，故亦称接引佛。
此尊佛陀肉髻隆起，头饰螺发，刻画清晰，髻顶安放宝珠。面相饱满圆润，神态寂静端庄，双眉如月，眉间饰白毫，隆鼻丰唇，小巧秀丽、前胸袒露，浮雕万字纹，内着僧祗支，外披袈裟。左手于胸前结禅定印，右手自然下垂于体侧，结接引印，跣足立于覆莲台上，莲台上下加饰串珠纹。包浆油润，时代特征鲜明。此件接引佛之造型、衣着装饰均与美国斯坦福大学康托尔艺术中心藏清康熙铜鎏金接引佛极为相类，可资参阅。
