杨清磬，又名凉安。浙江吴兴（今湖州）人。毕业于上海美术专科学校。善国画，兼作水彩画，我国早期漫画家之一。曾任上海市美术馆筹备处征集委员会委员，上海中国画院画师。
款识：子熊兄欲为新康补壁索画甚殷，爰濡笔作此以报。甲申春，清磬并记于山海簃。
