张震，字伟卿。浙江海宁人。擅画人物、仕女、山水，秀丽丰润，颇为人爱。民国时期寓上海，与张伯英为同时代人。
款识：三十年来一钓竿，几曾叉手揖高官。茅柴白酒芦花被，明月西湖何处滩。录桃花盦题句，拟萧于湖《松溪渔隐》笔意写之，殊不得其静逸之趣，为愧耳！即请万里先生大雅正谬。庚申四月，伟卿张震记。
