鉴藏印：伯衡(朱文) 提要：“善业”是指个人的积善行为，佛教认为人们只有通过积累善业，才能使自己离开邪恶，进入正道，获得爱果，达到涅盘境界；“真如”，意为事物的真实状况、真实性质，为绝对不变的“永恒真理”或本体；“妙色身”是指佛所具有的种种祥瑞特征。所以此类压制而成的佛像也就被称为“善业泥佛像”。
