鉴藏印：定生(朱文) 提要：北周天和六年铜造像，高13厘米，宽8。5厘米。造像为释加牟尼如愿相，佛扁平肉髻，面容圆润，上着半披肩袈裟，结跏趺坐于乳钉纹圆座上。造像之上拱首处雕刻一行龙赶珠。周围用凸线勾出似背屏样的图案。该碑现珍藏于天水市博物馆。
