拍品形制规整。外壁绘三组折枝花卉纹作为装饰，盘内壁以黄地粉彩开光绘莲花纹和佛家八宝，寓意吉祥。盘心以多种彩料绘寿石、寿桃、绶带鸟、灵芝、水仙花、天竺和竹子，寓意灵仙祝寿，福寿绵长。“灵仙祝寿图”是清宫传统祝寿题材，寓意祥瑞。拍品构图疏密有致，设色清雅，绘饰严谨，层次清晰，当为光绪皇帝“万寿节”定制，颇为难得。
