盖宝珠钮，子母口，盖面隆起，以缠枝莲纹为饰。口沿下饰折枝寿桃，间书“寿”字，器身亦以青花饰缠枝莲纹，近足处饰变形莲瓣纹。花朵以青色浓淡交错晕染，花型饱满，细枝、小叶，交错相连，富有节奏韵律感，格调明快。北京故宫博物院藏有此类青花缠枝莲纹盖罐图样，可作参照。拍品为宣统时期作品，宣统一朝仅三年之短，故本品更显珍贵。
