『大清同治年制』六字双行楷书款
说明：器型仿良渚文化玉琮而制，故名琮式瓶，两侧对饰象耳，有太平有象之吉祥寓意，清宫当时称其为“四方象耳瓶”。通体满施霁蓝釉，釉色均匀浓厚，色如蓝宝石，沉静浓厚。象首耳鼻处起皱，为此时较前朝之变化特点，为清代官窑的经典品类。
