The bulbous vessel, kendi, rising from a short foot to a long neck with inverted rim, with ribbed decorations covered in a crackled celadon glaze, decorated in red and gold with various flowers and floral sprays.Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland. This lot was acquired by second generation members of the Holzapfel family after 1990 and has remained in the family ever since.Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, mostly to the gold decoration, a small chip to the spout, a fine hairline, and manufacturing flaws.Weight: 1,147.7 gDimensions: Height 21.4 cm
