A WHITE JADE OPENWORK ‘BAMBOO’ PENDANT, 19th CENTURY
China. Finely carved as two leafy bamboo stalks, suspended with a silk string looped into an endless knot and with an amber glass bead of globular form. The translucent stone of a white tone with a slight yellow tint and milky inclusions.


Provenance:
Swiss trade. A Hungarian private collection, acquired from the above.

Condition:
Excellent condition with minor wear.
