李山聚，1956年出生于河北省平乡，1979年毕业于河北师范美术学院，师承齐白石弟子周秉公恩师，主攻：山水、花鸟、人物，李山聚深受潘天寿，白雪石先生影响，继承传统吸引了历史文人绘画之精华。但不拘陈法，师画自然，融诗画印于一炉山水、花鸟巧妙结合。奇险稳健平中求奇，其创造奇崛苍老古辣的自家风格，并获得多项称号。
