The goddess with her thousand heads, her thousand hands with a thousand eyes in their palms, and her thousand feet, below which countless beings, representing various spiritual obstacles, are being transformed. She is holding her eponymous attribute, the white umbrella, in her frontmost left hand, the Dharma wheel in her right. Her protective effect is strengthened by the presence of the eight Medicine Buddhas in the upper area of the image, together with Yamantaka.
