钤印：慈慧寺十方常住记提要：于阗国三藏沙门释实义难陀译，原装厚册。首尾页皆是钤印：“慈慧寺十方常住记”。经文字大如钱，上下双栏，墨色上佳。明代缂丝封面，为明朝内府官制藏经精品。慈慧寺早已仅存山门，慈慧寺佛经遗存，可遇不可求，洵可宝也。慈慧寺为明朝著名皇家寺院，位于明朝内府司设监西北角。1949年以后，这座古刹改为了工厂，现仅存山门，石门额上书“敕赐护国慈慧禅林”。现为北京市纺织服装开发公司占用。
