A black onyx gem intaglio bust of Serapis with modius above the head, set into a later gold ring comprising a broad flat-section hoop with filigree detailing to the borders, impressed concentric circles, ribbed cup bezel with flange. 9.37 grams, 28mm overall,16.28 mm internal diameter (approximate size British K 1/2, USA 5 1/2, Europe 11.0, Japan 10) (1").
