来源：购于美国洛杉矶拍卖会本件器物白玉质，玉质莹润洁白，圆雕而成。瓶盖为覆斗形，共八面，子母口，上有一钮。瓶身亦为八面，微侈口，束颈，垂腹，方圈足。下接镂雕山石形底座。颈部有S形耳一对。器物通体装饰复古纹饰，如兽面纹、回纹、倒垂蕉叶纹、弦纹等。瓶身浮雕莲叶，并与童子相连。一童子一脚蹬于瓶上，另一脚蹋于宝盒之上，另一童子于宝盒之下，生动自然。整件器物由童子、双耳瓶、玉座三部分组成，为整料雕琢，可见耗材之大。
