are two characters at the bottom . Translated by Dr. Qing Chang, PhD as
"Second camp". The mark inside the bowl is not a character,
but probably the mark of the production. Very rare and unusual early
Ming dynasty, decorated with 3 leaping horses signed by the artist at
the bottom. Weight: 9 oz. = 230 g. Upper diameter: 5.5 in. = 14 cm. Base
diameter: 2.25 in. = 5.5 cm.
Condition
there is a crack about 14 cm long across the side wall, although the
bowl was reassembled from fragments; it retains its beauty and rarity.
