A large Carcharodontosaur saharic African T-Rex tooth, showing clear serration and some good enamel; held in a white card collector's tray; from the Tegana formation, Sahara Desert, Morocco. 42.8 grams, 77mm wide (3"). Acquired during 1980s. Old Lincolnshire collection. The Carcharodontosaur saharic was one of the largest predators (larger than its distant North American T-Rex coin) of all time and is also related to the allosaur and the South American giganotosaur.
