It was in the collection of William Martin-Hurst, whose collection formed the basis for George Williamson's seminal work, The Book of Famille Rose published in 1970. Additionally, it was in the collection of Leo and Doris Hodroff, which formed the basis of David Howard's book, The Choice of the Private Trader.
