Description: An attractive pair of enameled bronze nio in determined posture standing on a plinth, with a vajra in their respective left and right hand. Typical grimacing expression, top knot, heavenly garland and muscular rib cage and body. Misshaku Kong with his mouth open and Naraen Kong with a closed mouth. Their robes are enameled in a turquoise blue with floral motifs and scrolling foliage. Condition: Good condition Provenance: From an important Austrian private collection, acquired before 1930
