The floral composition on a deep black-blue background is rather free and very lively in a decorative way, showing tangled branches of the plum tree ume but also other blossoms and leaves, including lotus. He developed a passion and deep understanding for the incredibly cumbersome technique of cloisonné which is reflected in the selection, featuring the great names of Namikawa Yasuyuki and Namikawa Sosuke.
