Préaud, Sèvres - Des origines à nos jours, Fribourg 1978; p. 213 (Ill. 266 - a pair of vases, currently part of the collections of the Musée du Louvre, Inventory No. 15491). Jh., Frankreich um 1820. Vergoldete Bronze sowie fein bemaltes und goldgehöhtes Porzellan; idealisierte Landschaften mit Figurenstaffage und Gebäude nach Vorlagen von A.X. LEPRINCE (Antoine Xavier Leprince, 1799-1826). Ovoider Gefässkörper mit schmalem Hals und ausladender Lippe sowie markant eingerollten Henkeln auf profiliertem Rundfuss mit Quaderplatte. H 39 cm. Provenienz: Privatsammlung, Deutschland. Die nahezu identische Vasenform der Manufacture de Sèvres ist abgebildet in: M. Brunet / T.
