The curved arm rails are supported on curvilinear spindles. The frontal apron follows the anterior edge all the way down both legs. A rectilinear frame encloses a woven mat seat. The legs are joined by stepped stretchers and a footrest connects the front pilings. The HuangHuaLi wood is dense and has been expertly polished to give a glinting sheen as the light hits the surface.
