Richly pigmented Qianlong blue Chinese Porcelain plate. The Chinese porcelain charger having a shallow body, with a slightly flared lip and shallow draft. Central Peony Motif extends toward the outer reaches of the charger. A wide interior surface is decorated with a trifecta of bursting peony blooms, surrounded by the circumferential boundary line. A boundary line is banded around the lip of the dish. Peonies are known as the queen of flowers as well as being considered a symbol of love, affection, riches, honor, and feminine beauty. Variation of floral blooms line the outer rim which is circumscribed by a double-line border. The glaze is seamless and gives off a beautiful luster, with the colors maintaining excellent vibrancy. The underside foot rim left unglazed, with pale-creme base spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot. Mark on base, a six blue underglaze seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
