NEVERS, late 18th century. Revolutionary ASSEMBLY with contoured edge in stanniferous earthenware. Polychrome decoration of big fire, a soldier standing guard with sword at the side and weapon at the shoulder, it bears the inscription "w (long live) the nation". On the reverse side the handwritten inscription "Ripault". Diam. 22 cm (splinters at the edge). Bibliography: C.
