A FINE PAIR OF PAINTED ENAMEL 'CHILONG AND LOTUS' SIX-LOBED JARDINIÈRES Qianlong/Jiaqing Each deep vessel with vertically-ribbed lobed sides, the exterior brightly painted and gilt with six medallions framed as angular archaistic chilong enclosing a single Indian lotus flower in profile issuing elaborate foliage, between a band of ruyi beneath the flat rim, the spreading foot with a similar lotus and ruyi band scrolling motifs, the underside white, the interior plain turquoise. 35cm (13 6/8in) wide.
