A PAIR OF LARGE PAINTED ENAMEL SQUARE PRICKET CANDLESTICKS Qianlong/Jiaqing The flared bases rising to shallow drip-pans beneath baluster columns rising to smaller drip-pans surmounted by gilt prickets, the four sides of the body decorated with lotus scrolls entwined with abstract confronted chilong, separated by stepped flanges, with similar designs repeated on the columns and outer sides of the drip pans painted in the interiors with interlaced and continuous designs of chilong interlocked with acanthus leaves and ruyi, hongmu stands. 56cm (22in) high.
