莲子罐是瓷器中少有的器形，出现的比较晚，因为莲子寓意多子多孙，所以在古代比较流行，主要是流行于明末清初。莲子罐直口，垂肩，长圆形鼓腹，圈足，附盖，盖面略鼓，因其形似莲子，故名。本品圆盖，短颈，鼓腹，圈足，盖、腹部饰斗彩人物故事图， 款识：大明崇祯高唐府制，本品系定居南京韩国收藏家朴先生珍藏。
