A Pair of Carved Tixi Cinnabar Lacquer Cups The exterior is deeply carved through the layers of brown-black lacquer with ruyi-shaped cloud scrolls revealing alternating black and vermillion-red layers of lacquer beneath, the interior and base lined with a white metal fitting.
