A Rare Large Cloisonné Enamel ’Fish’ Basin Of hexagonal form, the deep flaring sides rising from a flat base to an everted rim, decorated to the interior with brightly enamelled carp, crustaceans and a tortoise swimming amidst aquatic plants, all reserved against a rich turquoise-blue ground, the exterior decorated with dense floral scroll of lotus and other blooms against a turquoise ground, and eight shou characters extending from the rim, the gilt key fret rim filled with blue enamel.
