A Chinese Kangxi Ginger Jar Of ovoid form with wide flat base and short neck, decorated in bright shades of underglaze blue with the ‘Hundred Antiques’ motif, with various objects including a censer, a conch, books, paint brushes, ruyi sceptre, an artemisia leaf and a fan, the glazed base with a double circle in underglaze blue, together with carved wood cover. Period: Kangxi (1662‑1722). Height: 18 cm.
