佛面庞浑圆，双颊丰盈，头发呈波折状高盘，鼻梁高挺，面目俊朗，恬静安详。颈施弦纹，上身挺直，着宽厚通肩衣袍，敞胸，衣领下垂呈U形，内有衬祗，衣褶刻画概括而写实。佛左手自由落于膝上，右手施说法印。该像造型传神，纹饰简洁，身躯健壮，肌肉感强，具有唐代遗风而不同于唐代的雍容，判断为五代时期造像。整体铜质细腻，配有简洁的原始底座，尺寸小而气韵足，实为难得。
