A Chinese watercolor, paint, and ink painting on paper of two sparrows perching on plum blossom branches by Qu Zhaoling. The painting has an archaic inscription, a script inscription, and three seals, and it is mounted on a silk backing and framed. Dimensions are: 37 1/2 inches tall X 19 1/4 inches wide, 95.3 cm X 48.9 cm, while the frame measures 55 1/2 inches tall X 24 inches wide, 141 cm X 61 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There are a few small areas of damage, creasing, and a few areas of staining. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
