十一面观音菩萨，又称十一面观自在菩萨。此像表现了藏传佛教中十一面观音菩萨的常见形象，观音跣足立于覆莲台之上，有十一面八臂。十一面分五层排列，各面形态不同，八臂中二元手合十于胸前，其余六手分结手印。身躯修长，亭亭玉立，上身袒露，胸前佩项圈和长链，下身着长裙，腰间亦佩有连珠式璎珞垂至膝处，手腕、手臂均佩戴钏镯，肩披帔帛，末端上扬，线条华丽。整尊造像工艺精湛，优美自然，充分彰显了观音菩萨慈悲为本的入世情怀。
