A Chinese Silver - Inlaid Bronze Figure of a Guanyin, Qing dynasty, 19th century. Depicted standing, The Guanyin hands clasped in front of her. She is dressed in a long dress embellished with cloud patterns in silver inlays. It bears a silver-encrusted signature of ``Yutang Shisou`` on the back. The mark `Yutang Shisou` may be translated `Old man rock of the jade hall`. The expression of his face is serene, his forehead is enhanced with the silver-encrusted urna. 48.5cm high. ,,Provenance: A similar bronze was sold by Christies Paris in Art dAsie on 12 June 2019, lot 173, for EUR 50,000.
