此件纸镇采用上等和阗白玉籽料圆雕而成，玉质凝润致密，莹白如脂，局部留有少量天然皮色。器体雕作一个饱满圆润的柿子造型，厚实端正，顶部微凹，中间浮雕柿蒂及枝干，花叶贴于果实外壁。一侧浮雕一株灵芝，代表吉祥如意，柿子和灵芝的组合在中国传统文化中则寓意“事事如意”。整件器物造型写实，细节处理精到，枝叶扭转自然灵动，尺寸大小适宜，既可作为镇纸使用，又可随手把玩，实为一件难得的文房器具上品。来源：国营文物公司。
