A RECTANGULAR WHITE JADE 'DRAGON' PLAQUE, MING DYNASTY China, 1368-1644. The plaque is intricately carved and pierced to depict a ferocious dragon striding amidst leafy scrolls bearing flower heads, with a small bird to the right corner and a precious emblem to the left. The translucent stone is of beautifully even white to very pale celadon tone, showing some minuscule icy and russet veins as well as cloudy inclusions. The polish is of splendid quality!

Provenance: From a noted Hungarian private collection.
Condition: Very good condition, commensurate with age. Some old wear, few minuscule nicks and tiny losses. The stone with natural fissures, some of which have developed into small hairline cracks over time.

明代白玉鏤雕穿花游龍帶板
中國，1368-1644年。雙面透雕游龍穿纏枝花卉，游龍雙角上揚，怒目圓睜，張牙舞爪，身軀粗壯，穿行於纏枝花卉中，右角是一隻小鳥。這顆半透明的石頭有著美麗的白色至非常淡的青色，有一些赤褐色紋理以及絮狀物。表面光滑瑩潤。

來源：匈牙利私人收藏。
品相：狀態非常好，與年齡相稱。一些磨損和微小的刻痕、損失。有天然紋理的玉料，隨著時間的推移，其中一些已經發展成細小的細紋。
