A BLUE AND WHITE WAISTED 'ANTIQUE TREASURES' BRUSHPOT, BITONG, EARLY QING DYNASTY
China, late 17th to early 18th century. Of beaker form with flaring foot and rim, painted in shades of cobalt blue with scholar's objects raised on stands as well as censers and vessels of archaic forms bearing peacock feathers, coral, and lotus leaves, all amid auspicious emblems, the rim with a stylized wave border repeated on a censer, the foot with a double-line border. The broad foot ring left unglazed, encircling the glazed countersunk base.
Provenance: From a German private collection.
Condition: Good condition with some wear and firing flaws, including pitting, dark spots, and fritting to the rim.

中國,十七世紀末至十八世紀初。口外撇,收腹,底足外撇。外壁施博古紋,可見文房用品如香爐、孔雀羽毛、珊瑚、青銅器與花瓶等,皆是吉祥紋飾;口沿下方一道波浪紋。近底足處有青花雙線框。底足露胎,平底中間内凹上白釉。
