A CARAMEL GLASS MINIATURE SNUFF BOTTLE, 1760-1860 China. Of baluster form, rising from an oval foot to a straight neck, carved with a bowstring just below the shoulder, the glass of an even caramel tone.

Provenance: Millon-Jutheau, Paris, 25 May 1983, lot 63. A French private collection, by repute acquired from the above (invoice lost).
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, light surface scratches, the rim with minuscule nibbling.
