即非如一（1616-1671），俗姓林，福建省福清县人，明末福清黄檗山万福寺住持、临济宗三十二代高僧隐元隆琦重要弟子之一。隐元东渡日本后，即非应本师之召赴日。在日教化十五年中，即非中兴长崎的华侨寺院崇福寺，协助隐元开创日本黄檗宗，并开创了广寿山福聚寺，即非和他的法系后来被称为广寿派。
