吴锡麒（1746-1818），清代文学家。字圣征，号縠人。钱塘人。 乾隆四十年进士。曾为翰林院庶吉士，授编修。后两度充会试同考官，擢右赞善，入直上书房，转侍讲侍读，升国子监祭酒。吴锡麒天姿超迈，吟咏至老不倦，能诗，尤工倚声，诗笔清淡秀丽，古体有时藻采丰赡。在浙派诗人中，能继朱彝尊、杭世骏、厉鹗之后，自成一家。亦能词，但不如其诗和骈体文的著名。
