周文矩［五代南唐］，建康句容(今江苏省句容市)人。中国五代南唐画家。生卒年代不详，约活动于南唐中主李璟、后主李煜时期（943～975），后主时任翰林待诏。周文矩工画佛道、人物、车马、屋木、山水，尤精于仕女。周文矩也是出色的肖像画家。存世作品多为摹本《宫中图》《苏武李陵逢聚图》《重屏会棋图》《琉璃堂人物图》《太真上马图》。
